Italian media sources are reporting that the manager of the cable-car site where the tragedy occurred several days ago, in which 14 people died, has taken the entire blame for the incident upon himself.
Three people have been arrested for apparently disabling the cable-car's emergency brake. The manager has apparently now confessed to police that it was "all my fault."
