An award-winning BBC radio presenter has died after receiving AstraZeneca's coronavirus vaccine, The Guardian reports.

Lisa Shaw was 44, and had suffered severe headaches a week after being vaccinated. She was then hospitalized in an ICU for treatment for blood clots and bleeding, and later died.

309 similar cases have been documented in the UK following the AstraZeneca shot. Those under the age of 40 are thought to be at particular risk for developing blood clots.
