Labor Party chairwoman MK Merav Michaeli criticized the UN Human Rights Council's decision to investigate Israel for "war crimes" it allegedly committed in Operation Guardian of the Walls.
"The State of Israel has the full right to defend itself against Hamas terrorism. I trust the Israeli legal system and condemn the UN Human Rights Council for its shameful decision. This is another reminder to the citizens of Israel that we must act to change the strategy that Netanyahu chose, to stop transferring the suitcases of dollars immediately and to work to weaken Hamas," Michaeli said.
