Yogev Crisnati, director of the fight against anti-Semitism at the Ministry of Diaspora, said there was a 700-800% increase in anti-Semitic rhetoric on social media over the course of Operation Guardian of the Walls in Gaza.
Crisnati said the anti-Semitism of old was being replaced with anti-Israel sentiment, as the same hateful libels were being perpetuated and "Jew" was being replaced by "Israeli."
