A 70-year-old woman was killed and four people were injured, including a 40-year-old man and woman in serious condition and two children, ages 3 and 5, in mild to moderate condition, in an accident between a truck and a private vehicle on Highway 65, near the entrance to the Arab town of Ar'ara in northern Israel.
Magen David Adom paramedics treated the victims and pronounced the woman dead.
