The court rejected the request of the family of Ahuvya Sandak to appoint a judge to investigate the accident. "After examining the results of the investigation, I have come to the conclusion that the authorities are conducting an adequate investigation. Therefore, I do not see any justification for conducting another independent investigation before me."
According to Galei Tzahal, the Sandak family is satisfied with the way the procedure has been so far.
