The chairman of the Knesset's Regulatory Committee, MK Karin Elharar, does not intend to advance the law to recognize young settlements.
Residents of such settlements have expressed anger at MKs of the parties that support the law - Yamina, New Hope, and Yisrael Beytenu, saying, "We were promised proper infrastructure for the residents of young settlements, including basic means of defense from missile attack as we experienced only a few days ago.
''The political games being played cost us. We expected better leaders. It is not too late to return to your values and advance this law."
