A Border Police fighter was moderately wounded by gunfire in Umm al-Fahm on Wednesday night.
Police said that during a riot in the city, a firebomb was thrown at a group of policemen, and during the searches for the perpetrator, a shot was fired at the officers. The officer was taken for medical treatment at Haemek Hospital in Afula.
