Tom Nissani, director of Beyadenu, the Temple Mount Heritage Foundation, responded to the police decision to ban Jews from entering the Temple Mount.
"Many are already on their way to the Temple Mount. I call on Jews to continue to reach the entrance to the mount to ascend on Jerusalem's holiday. If there are rioters on the Temple Mount - the threat must be removed and the mount opened," Nissani said.
