The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office recently filed an indictment in the Juvenile Magistrate's Court against the 17-year-old minor who violently slapped a haredi youth on the light rail about a month ago.
According to the indictment, he did so for racist motives and in addition will be charged with invasion of privacy after the video documenting the incident was circulated on social media.
