A preliminary IDF investigation of the attack at the Tapuach junction revealed that three Givati fighters responded by firing at the terrorist's vehicle. One of them fired from an elevated position at the junction and hit the vehicle's windshield, according to a Kan News report.
The investigation also shows that the terrorist fired about ten bullets from a gun. The defense establishment estimates that the terrorist is currently receiving assistance.
