President of Turkey Erdogan urged US President Biden to "take back his poisonous rhetoric" following Biden's announcement the US was set to recognize the mass murder of Armenians at the hands of the Ottoman regime during WWI as "genocide."
Erdogan called Biden's claim was "erroneous" and called on him to take it back in order to avoid damaging relations between the two states.
