The Ra'am faction is expected to vote today with the Likud in the Arrangements Committee in exchange for chairing the Arab Affairs Committee - a new committee whose establishment was announced at the discussion by the chairman of the Arrangements Committee, Miki Zohar.
The move will allow the Likud to gain a majority in the Arrangements Committee.
