A Jew who threw stun grenades at Palestinian Authority Arabs and popped vehicles' tires has been indicted for hate crimes against "Palestinians." The alleged crimes were committed in Kafr Sarta last January.
The Jew, who is a resident of Samaria, is under arrest until the completion of legal proceedings against him.
