After five years of struggle, the court reversed the decision of the Ministry of Defense and recognized the armored corps fighter Avinoam Buchris, who suffers from muscular dystrophy - as a disabled IDF veteran.
Ten days ago, 29-year-old Buchris was sedated to alleviate his suffering.
