A 17-year-old resident of Shuafat was arrested on suspicion of slapping a haredi boy on the light rail in Jerusalem.
Police said that the findings revealed that the suspect had fled to Judea and Samaria and that, recently, thanks to a significant intelligence and technological effort, Border Police fighters and Jerusalem District police arrested him at the Qalandiya crossing in the Jerusalem Envelope sector.
