Electric scooter rider seriously injured in accident in Tel Aviv

A 30-year-old electric scooter rider was seriously injured in an accident at the entrance to a parking lot in Tel Aviv on Wednesday night.

Magen David Adom paramedics evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital.
