An IDF patrol spotted a number of individuals attempting to smuggle drugs into the country at the Egyptian border today.
When the soldiers realized one of the drivers was speeding up in their direction, they opened fire, wounding one of the suspects.
The incident is currently being investigating and the injured suspect receiving treatment in Israel.
