The Employment Service recommends shortening and limiting the extension of unemployment benefits starting this July for all those who have not returned to work.
"The goal is to encourage a return to work along with providing a safety net for those who need it, by removing barriers and placing tools and incentives that support placement," the employment service said in a statement.
