United Hatzalah volunteers responded to a car accident on Highway 4 that took place between the Ein Carmel and Ein Hod intersections that claimed the life of a man in his 50s.
United Hatzalah volunteer EMT and Deputy Chapter Head of the Hof HaCarmel chapter Tali Cohen who was one of the first responders at the scene said: "The accident took place between a truck and two private cars. Unfortunately, following a lengthy CPR effort, we were forced to pronounce the death of a driver of one of the private cars. Additionally, we treated the other two drivers who both sustained light injuries in the accident."
