Education Minister Yoav Galant called on his Twitter account to cancel the capsules in all classrooms. "Enough with the split classes and distance learning - the time has come to open up the education system fully."
"The emotional, educational and social risk is now dozens of times higher than the health risk," Galant added. "I will work to persuade the Prime Minister and my colleagues in the Corona Cabinet to support the removal of all restrictions on the education system starting this coming Sunday."
