Israel Police is seeking the public's assistance in locating missing teen Efrat Simcha Rubin, a 15.5-year-old resident of the Samaria community of Emanuel.
She was last seen in the area of her home town at around 9am and has been missing since.

Height 1.65 m; Build: slim; long brown / black hair; dark eyes, clothing apparel unknown.
