A former contestant from the Mrs. Sri Lanka pageant was seen ripping the crown off the newly-selected winner after announcing to the crowd that, "she is divorced" which is against contest rules.
CBS News reports that she's then seen placing the crown on the head of the runner-up as the winner flees the stage in tears and the runner-up starts crying too.
