Facebook announced it has removed hundreds of fake accounts belonging to the the People's Mujahedin Organization of Iran, an anti-government organization advocating overthrowing the Islamic Republic.
A statement from the social media platform said the accounts had been using fake pictures as well as criticism of the Iranian regime.
