President's Residence director transfers mandate letter to Netanyahu

President Rivlin will not invite Netanyahu to accept the mandate to form the government, as is customary. The Director of the President's Residence Harel Tubi was the one to transfer the letter from Rivlin to the Prime Minister's Office.
