During an operation by IDF soldiers last night in the village of Bir Nabala, the soldiers set up a checkpoint on the main route in the area to allow additional forces to operate in the area without the movement of vehicles.
The soldiers at the checkpoint identified a vehicle stopping at the checkpoint which suddenly accelerated towards another group of soldiers operating in the area, in a way that endangered their lives. The soldiers responded by firing to thwart the threat. There are no casualties to our forces.
