Dennis Ross dismisses rumors of Israel's, Saudis' meddling in Jordan

"In the Middle East, conspiracy is like oxygen and everyone breathes it. Both Israel and Saudi Arabia have a huge stake in Jordan’s stability. Conspiratorial rumors may be titillating but don’t reflect reality. Israeli/ Saudi leaders would not authorize anything against the King," wrote Dennis Ross, special coordinator to the Middle East under former President Bill Clinton.
