    Mix-up causes 15 million J&J vaccines to be thrown away

    A dosage mix-up at a Baltimore production facility on Wednesday ruined about 15 million doses of Johnson & Johnson’s COVID vaccine and prompted the US Food and Drug Administration to delay shipments of the vaccine, Fox Business reports.

    Employees at Emergent BioSolutions, a production facility in Baltimore, reportedly mixed-up two vaccine dosages. The facility manufactures vaccines for both AstraZeneca and Johnson & Johnson.
