Biden's dog involved in second biting incident in three weeks

Major, the dog of US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden, has been involved in a second biting incident in recent weeks that required medical attention, two people with knowledge of the incident told CNN on Tuesday.

The incident, which involved a National Park Service employee, took place on the White House South Lawn on Monday afternoon.
