Dr. Birx speaks against Trump's restrained response to Covid-19

In an interview with CNN, Dr. Deborah L. Birx, Former President Trump’s coronavirus response coordinator, said that almost 450,000 deaths from Covid-19 "could have been mitigated or decreased substantially” if the administration had acted more aggressively.

Asked if she was being censored, Dr. Birx said: “Clearly someone was blocking me from doing it (speaking to the public). My understanding was I could not be national because the president might see it.”
