Meir Litmanovich, 43, was killed Friday in an avalanche while skiing in Georgia. At the time, he was skiing with four friends, who were not injured.
The Foreign Ministry is working to bring his body home to Israel.
Litmanovich is survived by his three children, and his wife, who is pregnant.
