The Shabak last night (Tuesday) ordered the police to arrest a demonstrator seen yelling at the Prime Minister's convoy in Hod Hasharon to "go home."
According to Ha'aretz, police arrested the protester on suspicion of disturbing the peace and disrupting an on-duty police officer, and he was released only after three hours under restrictive conditions, Haaretz reported.
Shabak claims that the citizen was standing outside the area intended for demonstrators "with immediate access to the prime minister's convoy," and that police were forced to keep him away. It remains unclear why the activist was detained after being removed from the area.
