Bereaved families and victims of hostilities are demanding that the Supreme Court oblige Defense Minister Benny Gantz to act in accordance with the law to offset terror funds.
In an urgent petition for a conditional order submitted to the Supreme Court, the petitioners reveal that in 2020 the Palestinian Authority paid about NIS 512 million to murderers serving imprisonment in Israel, and to released terrorists. "In doing so, the State of Israel is committing terrorism against itself," the petition reads.
