Public health services director Dr. Sharon Elroi-Price defended the Green Passport plan.
"We're not trying to reach a two-state situation with only the vaccinated allowed to enter places. There will simply be protected people, and those who will not, and the latter will have to undergo tests to fit into the Green Passport plan," Elroi-Price said in a Kan News interview.
