Walla News reports Israel's Supreme Court this evening issued a conditional injunction freezing transfer of personal vaccination information from the Health Ministry to local authorities.
Additionally, the judges ordered the State to provide a rationale why the law authorizing such information transfer should not be stricken from the books for the harm it causes to individual privacy.
Also, the order directs the Kupat Holim health funds to relate in their response to the petition to whether they are able to contribute to encouraging vaccination via personal contacts with their insured.
