Tel Aviv: Foreign nat'l arrested on suspicion of stabbing man to death

This morning, police arrested a resident of South Tel Aviv, a foreign national, on suspicion of stabbing a foreign resident of the city to death in his apartment on Derech Hahaganah street in the city.
