US President Joe Biden announced on Monday he would be allowing thousands of Venezuelans in the US the chance to apply for temporary protection.
Biden's order allows about 300,000 Venezuelans in the US to apply for Temporary Protected Status. If it is granted, recipients can remain and work in the US for 18 months.
