Meretz MK Yair Golan backed up Chairman Nitzan Horowitz's remarks regarding the decision to prosecute in The Hague.
"Nitzan's intention was simple: Netanyahu, together with the extreme Right, through crawling annexation is dragging Israel to The Hague. The problem is not with the IDF's morale - here we will be able to appear before the court and represent ourselves honestly and courageously, but with a deceptive and ongoing policy in which Israel erodes the prospect of any settlement with the Palestinians and the destruction of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state."
