"What we need here is self-discipline. We do not have sufficient enforcement, there is a considerable risk of introducing mutations," he clarified. Asked if there were any further restrictions before March 23, Ash replied: "I believe that if we clearly see that the opening endangers us, even before the election it will be possible to make a painful decision."
