A 44-year-old resident of Haifa, who was riding his electric bicycle in Kiryat Yam, was killed Saturday morning when he collided with a vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle, a 27-year-old who was also a resident of the city, escaped the scene on the Rafael Bridge, but was caught and arrested within a short time.
