World Zionist Organization chairman Yaakov Hagoel has blamed the International Criminal Court in the Hague for the attack on a Jewish school in Marseilles that occurred earlier today.
The ICC has begun to investigate Israel for "war crimes" which Hagoel sees as "a continuation of incitement against Jews throughout the world."
A man with a knife tried to enter the school before being subdued by security personnel on site.
