EU states drop plan to rebuke Iran on IAEA violations

IAEA chief Rafael Grossi announced the three European states planning to submit a resolution accusing Iran of nuclear violations were being taken off the table.

“We are going to be starting this process of focused analysis of the situation with a technical meeting which will take place in Iran at the beginning of April which I hope will be followed by other technical or political meetings," he said.

According to a French source, the UK, France and Germany realized such a move would have hampered prospects of a meeting between Iran, US and other parties to the deal.
