'Time has come to end the court's control of the IDF'

The Movement for Governance and Democracy responded to the announcement of the opening of an investigation against Israel in the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

"The plaintiff's statement in the International Criminal Court merely proves what we have long thought: the restrictions imposed by the Supreme Court on the defense establishment have no capacity to protect the State of Israel from international intervention in The Hague."

"The motivation of the international jurists is anti-Semitism and even the radical left-wing rulings of judges in Israel will not prevent investigations and condemnations. The time is ripe to end the courts' control of the IDF," the movement said.
