Jerusalem and Heritage Minister Rabbi Rafi Peretz, responds to the decision of the International Criminal Court to open a criminal investigation against Israel.
"A shameful decision by the court in The Hague. The IDF is the most moral army in the world. Our soldiers and commanders are fighting fiercely every day against a cruel terror for which nothing is off-limits," said Rabbi Peretz.
