Initial reports claiming a stabbing attack has taken place at Tapuach Junction in Samaria have been refuted.
New reports are indicating the incident was not terror related and that a PA Arab has been transferred for treatment after receiving head wounds in a brawl at the PA-controlled village of Huwara.
