High Court judges partially accepted the petition of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, Adalah, Doctors for Human Rights and "Pratiut Yisrael" against the law authorizing the Shin Bet to employ Covid tracking.
The majority of judges ruled that the state could only use tracking on those who refused to cooperate with the epidemiological investigations.
