US President Joe Biden is expected to issue a statement today clarifying what steps he intends to take against Saudi Arabia.
The statement will be released following a report by the U.S. intelligence community stating that the Saudi heir was personally involved in the planning of the assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul in 2018.
