The chairman of United Torah Judaism, MK Moshe Gafni, commented on the sights of the crowds marching on the sides of the road on the way to Jerusalem following the cancellation of public transportation to the city.

"The selection made at the entrances to Jerusalem between the haredim and the secular will cost the government decision-makers dearly," Gafni said. "The government is completely irrational. I have not seen them do similar things elsewhere in the country. Some people enjoy harming the haredi public and afterwards even speaking out against them."
