Sa'ar: Israeli's need to be allowed to come home

New Hope leader Gideon Sa'ar says that the exceptions committee must immediately begin allowing Israelis in the Diaspora to return to quarantine in Israel, calling the exceptions committee a "politicized 'who you know” committee".
