A terrorist attacked a local resident near the Yitzhar junction a short time ago.
According to reports, the resident fought off the attacker who ended up fleeing in the direction of the PA-controlled town of Huwara.
IDF forces including Samaria Brigade Commander Roi Zvig and Samaria Regional Council Head Yossi Dagan are at the scene of the incident.
